Here is a list of my most common services I provide, If you need something done and it's not listed here just contact me to discuss your needs and I will help as best I can.
PC/Laptop Health check
This normally takes between 30 - 60 minutes but can be longer on older or slower machines.
I remove all unwanted and unneeded temporary files, I optimize the system so it starts up faster.
I check for virus/spyware and remove if found, I remove any unwanted or old programs.
I check Windows updates.
System setup
This can take anywhere from 15 - 90+ minutes depending on what needs doing.
If you just bought a new pc/laptop and need help setting it up I can help, We can setup your printer/scanner, email and internet connection. We can copy your data from your old machine to the new (subject to size of data)
I can show you how to plug all the different cables in correctly.
Networking - Wi-Fi / wired
I can advise and setup a Wi-Fi or wired network at your home/business. Is your Wi-Fi signal weak in some places, I can advise and help setup a repeater or mesh network.
Printer / Scanner setup
Need help setting up a Printer or scanner or want to learn how to print from a mobile device (subject to printer support)
Hardware upgrade
I can advise you and install all hardware so you get the best value and performance for your requirements.
So if your computer/laptop is struggling to run the latest games or software or you just want to increase the amount of memory or want a bigger hard drive or ssd just contact me to discuss your needs.

Having problems with your email or just need it setup on new pc/laptop or mobile/tablet device, I can help.
Virus / spyware removal
This can take anywhere from 15 - 90+ minutes but will depend on how bad its infected.
Is your computer/laptop acting weird and doing things you can not control then you may have a virus or spyware/malware problem. I can remove and minimize any damage done to your computer/laptop, I can also advise you on any extra protection to help stop it from happening again.
In some extreme cases where the system is badly affected and nothing works I can backup all your data and reload your operating system.
PC/laptop Crashing / not starting / Software problems
This can take anywhere from 15 - 90+ minutes.
If your computer/laptop won't startup or is crashing (blue screen of death) I can help. I will diagnose and test the hardware to check for faults and tell you what's needed to get you up and running again, this could be as simple as changing some settings to having to replace failed hardware.
Having problems installing some software or perhaps you installed something but it has caused unwanted side effects, I can help.
Backup data
How often do you backup your important data (documents, pictures, music, etc.) on your pc/laptop?
If something was to fail or you get a virus/malware or even accidentally delete files would you lose all that important data? If so I can help backup all your data and advise on the best way to backup in the future.
Website
Do you need help maintaining or updating your website or need a new website then contact me to discuss your needs
Task Automation
Do you have a task(s) that you have to do manually that are regularly needed and want to find out if it can be automated?
Do you have to generate quarterly documents from a spreadsheet but currently do it manually, I can help automate it down to a quick click of a button.
